Toyota No Worries Service Plans allow you to purchase servicing in advance for any new or used vehicle, protecting you from inflation and streamlining your service experience. There are two levels of service plan available depending on your needs.

Eligibility
Any new or used Toyota or Daihatsu vehicle (including used imported vehicles)
Any new or used vehicle of other make (including used imported vehicles)

Toyota Factory Backed - Fully supported by Toyota NZ and Toyota Dealers
Toyota Quality Service - All services carried out by Authorised Toyota Dealers
Toyota Genuine Parts - All services use Toyota genuine parts
Fully Transferable - Increases the resale value of your vehicle
Refundable - Refund for unused services available (less a $50 administration fee)

Product Features
Purchase any number of services (based on service intervals for your vehicle and the kilometres you travel)

Two levels of service plan:

• Full Maintenance: covers parts and labour cost of any replacement service/ expendable item* (for services purchased), plus cost of WOFs (2 per year maximum)
• Scheduled: covers parts and labour cost of scheduled replacement service items* only (for services purchased), plus cost of WOFs (2 per year maximum)

You can also purchase tyres (any number) as part of your service plan
Your service plan expires upon completion of the final service purchased (or when no claim has been made for 18 months)

Toyota Service Plans have some exclusions, e.g. our service plans do not cover warranty failures/repairs or excessive wear and tear from extraordinary use.
You may be required to pay for items which are excluded or are not covered by the service plan you purchase.
